Information on how to obtain these signed resolutions:

• Legislation tab

• In the search box put the file number for your searching for

• Press Search Legislation

• Click on the highlighted file #

• It will take you to another screen where you can click on the attachment (signed resolution, agreements, any other attachments you care to view)

You should be able to access a signed resolution if it is available, through the legislative information center.

As an additional instructional comment, if you need to search for discussion notes from a meeting, for example, click on the Legislative Calendar tab (make sure your “notes” box is checked), and you can search for a key term.  You also have the drop down arrows for the period of time and meeting body.
